ABOUT PREORDER ITEMS
All preorder items are coming from overseas. Hence, your orders will only be processed upon its arrival to our processing place.
Estimate times of arrival to our place will be within 2 to 3 weeks.
Hence, your order will be processed within 15-20 days.
Tracking number will only be provided once items are ready to be delivered to your assigned address.
PRODUCT OUT OF STOCK AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE
In any case that we found any product is out of stock after payment has been made, we shall contact you to inform by either to change to other similar design(s), size(s) or item(s). If no mutual agreement is acceptable for an exchange we shall process the refund to you within 7 days after you had provided your bank account details to us.
DIFFERENT WAREHOUSE LOCATIONS
Some of our items are coming from the Brand Head Quarters Warehouses. You are advised to read what's written in the description because you cannot combine order from different warehouse locations. Your order will be cancelled.

We have Baju Raya from Brand Twelve Penguins and Smithykids Wear.
You cannot combine order for Baju Raya under Brand Twelve Penguins with Brand Smithykids Wear but to make two different orders. It will be posted out from their own HQ Warehouse respectively.
