Shipping And Delivery

Shipping/postage is every working day from Sunday to Thursday except Public Holiday in Malaysia. We will courier the item 1 day after payment has been made. Except for items under PREORDER status, we will only process the shipment within 15-20 days once order is fulfilled. 

Any booking is accepted for maximum 24hours. If there is no payment made within 24 hours, the booking will be automatically canceled and given to the other customer waiting in line.

Courier service is via Poslaju National (Malaysia) and ABX. Item delivery may takes 2-5 working days for West Malaysia whilst for Sabah Sarawak may takes about 7-12 working days. 

As for now, we do not provide any Cash-on-Delivery (COD) service. All purchased items will be delivered by our designated courier service. 

You will be notified via email for order status with tracking number once order is fulfilled.
